Roche railway station is immediately adjacent Victoria Commercial Centre and is on the Newquay/Par branch line. Par is on the Paddington to Penzance main line.

Newquay Airport is about 20 minutes away and services internal flights from Bristol, London (Gatwich and City), Manchester, Leeds/Bradford, Newcastle, Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
